Went to browse around with my kids and my best friend, tuesday September 6th. I guess they were closing, and had made "announcements", which we heard over an intercom but it was so muffled we couldn't understand what it was saying. So the lady from the front pretty much RAN up to us from the other end of the isle saying "ma'am we are closed and I need you to follow me up front and leave. I need you to remove everything from your cart (the only thing in my cart was my 9 month old baby) so I can take it and put it up." I apologized and explained that we couldn't understand what the announcement said, and she continued with saying that it had played 3 times and everyone else had left. And the only other person in the store was an elderly woman wh I looked like she was leaving when we came in anyways. The woman continued to escort us out of the store huffing and puffing and being extremely RUDE. I went in with my father and sister (they had been there before and said they loved it!!!) so we went on a time crunch just for something to do before our plans and my sister picked up an item from a booth table and wanted to purchase it. we get up front and the lady wasn’t sure if everything in the box came with it due to there not being any price tags on the stuff in the box, she called the owner over and asked if everything in the box was 10$, he said yes and to sell it so he went on with his work in the back but the lady up front refused to sell it even though shawn himself said to go ahead and do it. she went back and forth and had my sisters money on her side of the counter and when my sister told her that it was fine she wasn’t gonna get anything that we were on a time crunch the lady was on the phone again with the owner so my sister went to grab her own money and the lady was very rude saying “oh well she just dropped the sale.” not the best experience and i don’t think our family will be back at this...

I walked in today and really loved this store and it was my first time there. I found alot of great items and ended up spending $75. They close at 6pm today and at 5:30pm by a blonde headed employee I got told i needed to head to the front of the store now! And she was extremely rude about it. Unfortunately because of that one person it ruined my experience there. I actually was debating on just setting my stuff on the counter and leaving due to the fact that she wanted to act like that. When we got to the front she told one of the other ladies working there "yeah there's one more lady back there ". Like ok why did you make sure we went all the way to the front and not the other lady. Great store just if your in there make sure you get out quickly. All the other employees was great...
