Beware!!! The owner Nazir is a scammer!! He will pressure you to send a refundable $300 deposit before the event via Zelle so that he can keep the majority of your funds and will wait days just to Zelle you back only $50. For him it’s all about the money, no professional or care towards his paying customers. Before we sent him money for the venue he pretended to be so kind, relatable, and made false promises. It was all a hoax. From the moment my event was about to start he was dodging my call, taking days to respond, being nasty and rude when I finally got on the phone as if he was doing us a favor. I literally had to use other people’s phones just to get him to answer. Extremely unprofessional!! Our event was the only event that day and he wanted to milk us and charge extra for us to set up, mind you all these charges were by word of mouth. None of the charges and “violations” he imposed on us was in the contract that I initially signed. He lied and said we did improper disposal of trash. My whole party busted our behinds to clean his venue and walk to the trash which was far away from the venue and very dark to the point where you could barely see, like dangerous!! He probably had to do little to nothing behind us. If he was going to steal my money we should have left the place just how it was. We were so happy to support a black owned business but these are some of the reasons we can’t prevail in our community and it’s very sad. Please be wise and look the other direction when it comes to this venue nothing but fraud...
