My first time dealing with a problem concerning my hot water heater. Looked online and decided to call Reliable. I was told that it's $99.99 for the estimate, if Repairs or Replacement is needed that money would go towards that. So a man comes the next day, seemed nice enough but his accent was so heavy I became very concerned, I expressed that and said I was uncomfortable to continue. He seemed to ignore me or just dismiss what I said. He did manage to take my payment and said the tank has a leak and is under warranty, then he left. Had confirmed the night before they had the part so didn’t think I had to bother checking the part number. Got all the way back to San Francisco and realized they gave me the wrong part.
