YAY, Nadia! She is one of my favorite people in the world, and a highly-skilled stylist. I followed her from her previous salon, and plan to follow her for as long as she lets me. WIth Nadia, I feel comfortable, valued, and well-cared for. Every time I see her, I am promptly greeted with warm smiles and several offers of tea, water, or whatever I want. If I am extra lucky, there is even a cute dog to pet. Less than 5-minutes after I arrive, she'll usually have me sitting in her stylist chair, patiently listening as I list all of the reasons my hair sucks (I am usually transitioning from one haircut to another, and I have dark red hair that has turned to dingy gray and has never accepted highlights well). Nadia responds warmly and with confidence. She is one of the few stylists that I've ever met who doesn't seem overwhelmed by my thick, frizzy, red/gray hair. Instead she seems excited about this next phase on my hair journey...even suggesting the perfect shade for my eyes and skin tone. She is sweet, considerate, and (above all) does a GREAT job. The color looks great, the frizz is tamed, and she always gives me great tips to keep my hair looking good until my next appointment. I’m a non-binary person who has severe anxiety. I found Revival through strandsfortrans.com after I had a bad experience trying to book an appointment at another hair styling place. Timmony was so accommodating, understanding, and patient with me. I never felt so respected by a stylist. I’ll never go to another place as long as I live in the Bay Area.
