RESPONSE - Since my original review was no comment, just 1 star, I will expound on my review to give my opinion to the response from the business: If I could give zero stars, I would, due to the poor treatment I received. Check your video and you will see that he got the cake and walked away and started serving the next customers. I thought it was to make up for his poor service. He actually started serving the next customers and walked away. I had already PURCHASED a latte and baked good. I then decided to buy cake from the small selection available. More than an HOUR before closing, your staff not only had a bad attitude because he had to step away from cleaning and closing for the day to help customers. I'm thinking, why is this person so nasty It is not yet 2pm and the cafe doesn't close for at least another hour. There was no whipped cream, no dessert that I came for, and He was rushy and rude. Yes, I was upset and surprised, because I have had much better experiences here, than this...

This Bakery made delicious Bakery products. I use to go to this Bakery when I lived with my friend Charles Washington in Oakland, California. I t was him that told me about the great pies this Bakery guy made.I loved there Sweet Potoatoe Pie& it was a favorite food of Charles as well, The Sweet Potoatoe Pies remind me of The Pie Lady from Kansas City, Missouri that use to make & Sell pies in Southwest Mississippi & Louisiana.She had retired from Kansas City, Missouri and I used to help her care for her great niece& nephew that she had Custody of from Kansas City.
