I ordered on line and when the delivery driver gets to the butchers shop, the line to get into this place was 20 plus people deep. The driver excused himself to say and ask what are the delivery drivers to do my driver was told to call the numbers in the app or outside on a hand written sign. So driver asks what if it's busy. The driver was told to wait in line then. WITH THIS COMPANY A LINE THAT IS 20 PEOPLE DEEP AND AN AVERAGE OF 10 MINUTES FOR EACH PERSON WHICH THIS INCLUDES EITHER ONE PERSON OR ONE GROUP INTO THE STORE AT A TIME THAT EQUALS TO 200 MINUTES MY DRIVER WOULD HAVE HAD TO WAIT THAT'S LONGER THAN 2 HOURS. So as a patron of this establishment what is the point of ordering on line to save time , definitely not money. If you have to wait in a 2-hour plus line just to receive your order when it's sitting in the store waiting to be picked up this makes no sense to me I don't understand what is so complicated about allowing delivery drivers to bypass a line to pick up deliveries that are ready to...

Also, they had some head cheese, which I figured must be high quality since it was there, and I had the first taste of had cheese that I've had in 45 years, having had a traumatic experience with head cheese back in the day, when I was forced to eat it regularly. One bite of this newfangled head cheese swept all those memories away, it was anxious and delicious, and has me reconsidering my life choices. Highly...
Read moreI have never been to The Local Butcher Shop but today i tried the ranch pork braise, grilled onion, sautéed romano bean, pickled gypsy pepper, blue cheese aioli, and vinaigrette on a sweet deli roll sandwich. For $15 i expected more meat in the sandwich but after i removed all the pure fat; there was not enough meat to cover the full sandwich. The other ingredients that made up the sandwich were incredible; flavorable and delicious. The place was very clean and organized and the staff were very helpful and nice. They offered me samples so i will definitely be back to try their roast beef sandwich next time before i make a final judgment because it could have just been that sandwich i had that had all that fat added to sandwich; things happen so i will definitely...
