Read moreBeautiful space and great manager, easy to work with and all around great experience renting this venue for our wedding. There's a kitchen, a stage, a couple of green rooms and nice restrooms. The lighting is beautiful any time of day, and there are tables available with rental. There are other amenities available to rent like the PA system, projector screen, spotlighting, a piano and more. The manager, Araceli, is responsive and flexible, and is a kind and fun person to help with anything needed. Street parking was easy on a Saturday afternoon, no limits on weekends. About a mile from BART and easy to find, near grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shops. Blocks from some of Berkeley's...

Apparently the space is available for rent for parties and such and I would certainly give it a consideration if you had an event to organize in...
