I had the worst experience ever. First lets start by I placed an order online and received an email stating my order was ready. When arrived I was told by the front manager that my item was not ready and she didn't think she could sell me the poster because she was unable to cut it. I expressed I ordered a poster board not poster so if I was to take the poster I didn't want to pay the same price. I asked if she had scissors to see if we could cut the extra paper around it. In the middle of her working with me she just walks away tries to get me to purchase pictures before we finalize the issue with the poster. She never told me how much the poster would cost etc. She then starts helping another customer. Doesn't say excuse me give me a second or anything leaving me waiting. Another customer comes and she calls another employee to help that customer while I'm still waiting. After about 5 minutes I get annoyed and I recieved a call and I tell the person I'm speaking with how rude and dismissive this lady was being. She then proceeds to start an argument, yelling while ringing up the other customer. I expressed a number of times to finish with that customer so that she could finish with me, however she could not be quiet. At one point she lunged at me left the customer throw the poster board on the ground, throwing her hands up in the air as if she wants to fight. Not one time was I physically aggressive towards her but she was to me then she proceeded with calling the police (I'm still not sure why). Absolutely zero customer service, unprofessional, and ignorant workers. Even one of the workers came from the back she first asked if the manager was okay. I expressed she fine she is the one who keeps running her mouth. The employer told the manager a number of times just let her leave, just let her leave but she could not be quiet. I just left the store after she ruined my child's poster for her Birthday infront of her. The manager was completely out of line. I'm not surprised that they have 2.5 stars. Read moreI waited a few months to post hoping the experience would get better but it seems like it’s only gotten worse. The pharmacy used to be good but unfortunately something happened. Between immediate pharmacy please hold when I call, hold times of 20+ minutes (probably would be longer but by then I’ve remained on hold and driven up to the location) and surprise there’s not a line or anything so I’m unsure why I’ve been on hold in the first place, extreme lack of knowledge—they’ve filled my prescription told me it’s ready and then when I go up they’ve mysteriously lost it and I have to wait 30 minutes for them to refill, it’s just left a poor taste in my mouth. I’ve even spoken to the manager Dave, but all he does is nod at you and say I understand. They’re pulling people from the front of house to work the pharmacy that have no idea what they’re doing—I’ve even received the wrong prescriptions! I’ve been told they’re out of a medication when in fact they’re looking at the wrong prescription. Gotten misinformation about being able to get the rx filled at a different CVS it’s exhausting. Oh and at least five times when my doctor has faxed something over to me they never received it. So I follow up with my doctor and have him refax still state they haven’t gotten it— no one realizes that there’s no paper in the machine ...now I just have to ask when I call to check to make sure they have paper. I waste more of my time on the phone with the doctor and the pharmacy and waiting in line while they search for filled prescriptions and give me the wrong one than I’d care to admit. Read moreI have never in my life has a worse experience with customer service anywhere. When dropping off my daughters medication I was told it would be ready by the next day after not hearing anything I called over to check the status. The lady who answered the phone was immediately rude huffing and puffing over asking if the medication was ready she then told me they couldn’t make my daughters medication unless I was there something that should have been told to me when dropping it off initially. The attitude from that staff member was appalling I get that this location is busy great so is the endo office I work for and I have never once been so rude. When I get into the large line for the pharmacy I hear the lady that answered the phone continue to be rude to every customer that she was serving while the other lady was very nice and doing the same amount of work. I don’t know if she’s trying to get fired but she should. Needless to say my family and I will go else where so will my endo practice and every single dentist periodontist and endodontist practice that we work with. I will not be silent about this for every customer she was rude to especially that nice old man. My next step is to write a formal complaint to...
