The worse experience of my entire life ! They will definitely help take your money but wonât assist you with anything else ! Then they play like theyâre the manager. I canât believe I spent an 1 hour of my life to get a problem resolved that they clearly caused and tried to blame me ! Diane or Diana and Mike were very unhelpful , unprofessional, and the worse part about customer service ! I donât recommend this store to NO ONE ! When I was spending money every one was so helpful and nice . I dealt with attitudes and people who didnât want to get my problem resolved until they figured out I wasnât leaving until I get actual help. And I hope my problem is resolved because it seem half a* just like the customer service . Also if I could give give zero stars I would coming from a customer service...

He said he didnt have any other phone but the Tmobile phone Revvl...I didnt want that phone. So I was going to buy another phone but i asked him about the online deal. And he said his store doesnt participate in the online deals as far as the activition. The online deal was 25.00 activation fee he wanted 50.00 activation fee...when thats not was online...just left out the store... Update thank you for your response. I just tried to pay my bill and they told me my number does not exist this is the third time and third number that this has happened to. So tomorrow i will have to change my number a fourth time needless to say myself and 2 others in my household will be a T-MOBILE customers by this time tomorrow.
