Dynasty Jewelry — Local services in Berlin

I had a small watch repair issue and found Dynasty online. The shop is very nice and the people are fantastic. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. While waiting for my repair, I walked around and loved the quality of what I found in the various display cases. I will definitely return when I have more time to properly review the nice jewelry items I saw there today.

Good attitude toward the customer. A lady was getting a battery replaced in her watch. The owner asked, "Do you have a battery card?" She said, "No." He immediately gave her one saying, "Normally, batteries cost $X but with this card you only pay $Y . . . Here you go and you only owe $Y today." Talk about taking care of the customer! I was impressed and look forward to returning to this local "gem" of a jewelry store...

Could not be a nicer place to visit. So warm and friendly the moment you walk through the door. It is a very unassuming location, however the level of customer service is unparalleled. When my fiance was supposed to pick up my engagement ring, they opened the shop during a winter storm so he could propose on Valentine's Day.

When we visited to pick out our wedding bands not only were we given a discount for the immediate repeated service, but they turned off the lights in the showroom so I could take a proper photo of the ring I chose to send to my family.
