Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Berlin

Positives: restaurant was clean, well stocked, and quick. Good and ample parking. Negatives: ordering veggie tacos and having to tell the cashier to get his manager when trying to charge for guacamole. I understand they are new, but cashiers should not argue with customers and should get their shift leaders or managers when problems arise, especially when theyre wrong. The quality of the food was not good. I don't know how a brand new store can make food that tastes terrible compared to other locations, but they did. I had informed every employee I saw that the food did not taste good. I was walked past, brushed off, and not looked in the eyes for this. Granted, they got salt when asked which I appreciated, but the food shouldn't be so bad I have to mask it with salt unlike other chipotles I have been to. You may say after reading this that I must have been rude or a Karen, when I was polite and respectful, as all people deserve to be treated nicely. Went to Chipotle to try it a second time like I said I would in my first review. They fixed their mistakes from my first review which is now deleted. Came for the preview yesterday for the new opening and I was really impressed with how fast paced everything was! The portion sizes were well done and it tasted so delicious.
