Hunan Wok II — Restaurant in Berlin

I travel all throughout the state for work, and one of my favorite things to get for lunch is a chinese lunch special. This was my first time going to Hunan Wok 2, and I will definitely be back next time im in the area. I ordered online using the beyond menu app, ordering was easy and when I arrived at the restaurant my food was hot and ready. I was promptly greeted by the guy working behind the counter who handed me my lunch. I ordered sesame chicken with white rice. I felt that the portions were generous for what I had paid. The chicken itself was crispy and delicious, it paired great with a can of coke! So often do you go to disappointing chinese spot that gives you mush, but not this place! They made my food with love, I can tell. Speaking of love, I genuinely believe this place deserves more love than what it gets here on Google reviews. We have been getting take-out and/or delivery from here for about 12 years and I don't believe our order has ever been wrong. Our family gets wonton soup, lo mein, shrimp & Chinese veggies, egg rolls, sweet & sour chicken, pork fried rice and white rice. The standard is pretty much always the same good quality. It always comes with duck sauce, mustard and soy sauce, as well as crunchy noodles and egg rolls. We buy a ton of food for about $30 and happily eat it for a couple days. The restaurant itself is very small, so I don't recommend dining in. The staff takes orders and cooks, so everyone is always working when we go in. We don't carry on a conversation, just get in and get out. I order Chinese Food from here all the time! The Food And Service are both very good! The prices are not too bad. Most of the time I have my order delivered and the food does get here hot, fast, and right on time. I Love their Plain Lo Mein, Fried Dumplings, Egg Drop Soup, Chow Ho Fun, Chow Mei Fun, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Noodle Soup, And Fried Wontons! Most of The Chefs Specials are also very good!
