I ordered 4 party pizzas, two large penne la vodka pasta and 1 large garden salad. It was for my daughter’s baptism, I was told it would be delivered. They called me to pay over the phone. Apparently some confusion on delivering the food. I spoke to a man a week ago, didn’t get his name. He apparently didn’t add on the 4th party pizza and large salad. I already paid for the two orders and was annoyed at this point. Then I was told bread and butter are not included…

The pasta did not taste as good as it did in November when we ordered for my baby shower.

The broccoli chicken white pizza was under cooked in the middle.

The manager Arty I spoke to didn’t seem to care, he told me they had other catered Orders yesterday that were fine. Well I don’t know why he even told me that, the other orders have nothing to do with my event or my order.

Arty told me to send him photos of the large tray of pasta and whole pizza that was left since everyone wasn’t pleased this time and didn’t feel like eating more.

I work near this place and order lunch from them all the time. But after this I’m good. Ha never again.

I will never order from here again, manager didn’t seem to care about my complaint. I have a huge family and lots of friends that were so shocked it was even the same place from November. Very disappointed. Lost many customers today. Good luck Arty. Change your attitude and for the future… don’t tell a customer about your other orders when their order wasn’t great. Especially when someone spends over 300 dollars and over 500 in November. He told me Email pictures of the food. I figured a review is better. Because I’m done.

If you are going to use them for an event beware, very inconsistent. According to arty they haven’t changed chefs or ingredients but clearly something was done...

I ordered 12 large pizzas for my daughters 26th birthday party. I called 3 hours before to place my order and paid over the phone. They normally cut their large pizza into 8 pieces. I requested to have them double cut so there is 16 pieces per pizza. Customer service on the phone was great and there was no issues. I sent my sister to pick up the pizza and asked her to grab a few sides of ranch dressing. When she got there she was told she had to pay for the dressing. My sister called me and I spoke with the lady who was ringing her out. I told her I paid over $200 for my order why did I have to pay for a few sides of ranch. She told me it’s only $10. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager never got on the phone. My sister was given a few sides of ranch that were barley filled up. The food is great but I was very disappointed they would even consider asking for me to pay for a few sides of ranch after spending over $200 in one order and being rude about it on...

We went to this restaurant Friday night to grab some dinner. I was surprised by how busy it was here. This place appears to have come along way from years ago when it was basically a dive bar. The staff here was friendly and attentive, keeping us in the loop as to what was going on and how long it would be before we would be seated. We were able to go in the bar and have a drink while waiting for our table. We had a large pizza called “The Works” and it basically had everything you would expect to find on a house special except anchovies, but including bacon! We were very happy we decided to come here and we will be returning to have try some of their dinners in lieu of just pizza. It is a little deceiving in regards to how busy this place is because everybody parks in the back (for the most part). The parking lot is not visible from the road.
