Kensington Market — Local services in Berlin

I want to share a concern being the 1st time I've come to this establishment today. So, I was placing order with woman for sandwich & as customer I have every right to have my sandwich made to my liking. But as I could see it was being bother to her to the point, she began mumbling negative words softly with frown & to another worker. I feel customer service should always be 100% there was no need for attitude when she offered the customer before me nothing but smiles & kindness. Every customer that walks in any establishment should be treated equal because it's a reflection of business you work for. I felt unwelcome & with this type of service I refuse to give my presence of spending much as a quarter in this Market every again. I tried to speak to owner on service I rec'd he refused to hear me start raising his voice so unprofessional & inappropriate behavior as customer I found it to be very disturbing. I voiced to him what was given & put across from the worker as customer is always right. I didn't make up a story I tried to give him truth, yet he refused to listen. I will never recommend this place to any of my colleagues & moving forward nothing good will be offered to anyone who is looking for a good place for nice sandwich or hot food in the area it definitely won't be Kensington Market. Every time I stopped in this place they have a different selection of pre-cooked food that is absolutely delicious. This is one of my favorite places to go because the food is that great. They also have me that you can buy there and they make amazing sandwiches as well. You can even get lunch meat here. Everybody is very friendly that works there. I told a few of my friends about this place until this day they still go there a few times a month to stop in and get something to eat and they tell me this is one of the best places that they have been to. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you have not already you will be amazed with the great tasting food that they have. I also get a little to go container for my dog and he follows me around the house every time I bring him a little container home from Kensington Market. Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time unless you don't feel like eating. They're extremely unprofessional (don't even say the business name all 3 times I called today alone). I called 20 mins in advance to place a pickup order. My husband went to pick it up and was told the order wasn't there. I called back to see what happened and got the run around from the owner who told me that they are busy and the staff didn't realize he made the sandwich. He said "next time I'll make sure you get your sandwich" I said I wasn't sure if we were coming back and he then hung up on me and raised his voice when I called back, and said I threw it in his face that we weren't coming back. The staff isn't the only one's who are busy. We called to place an order and wasted time driving there to stand in line, and still end up with no food.
