Pizza Kitchen and Grill — Restaurant in Berlin

If i.can possibly post a photo to show others what I received when I opened the pizza box,I can prove that this place is not good. I ordered a medium pizza(Rob's Favorite) and a plain calzone. The pizza was a horrible greasy mess!! I tried to eat some,but ended up throwing it out,including the rest In the box. Lucky thing I had a quarter of the calzone,which was delicious and the sauce was great. I had to make a pasta dinner for my grandson,because I just didn't want to spend more 😩 Money. I'm a disabled elderly widow and my pension is limited. My grandson was expecting pizza,but not that horrific greasy mess.I went to this place for the first time because I saw such wonderful reviews. It's very possible those youngsters that were working there,where not shown how to properly make a pizza! If the owner would like to send me his email,I would be glad to send him my phone number and a couple of photos of that catastrophe they call a pizza. Oh and I didn't tilt the box one bit.. It would have been a mess on the calzone sauce if that were the case.The calzone and sauce was perfect.But no...this is uncalled for in a pizza business. You have lost a customer plus others because I will mention your place to my family and friends.I found out how to add photos I just saw your response. Seriously? To help improve your business? The honest thing would be to send me your email,so I can send you my number. I have more photos. Seriously,$19.00 thrown in the garbage,and you think that will improve...

It took them ALMOST 2 hours to deliver 3 salads 7 min away. According to the owner there was construction. I spent over $50. He told me he would give a slice of pizza for the wait. Very rude does not care. And why would I want a slice of pizza when clearly I'm ordering a salad. He told me I needed to call SLICE to get any refund that I was requesting since I placed my order online. SLICE told me I had to call the owner. Such a run around. MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING HERE. There was no apology nothing. He just didn't care that I waited ALMOST 2 hours for 3 salads. I placed my order at 1:50p I received a text a 2:40p saying my food would be delivered. Didn't get the food until 3:20p. Kept telling me to come look at the front of the store so I could see the construction. Finally get the salad, they didn't send the correct dressing, salad was warm and welted, and the garlic knots!!! HARDER THEN FLOOR. We have been eating here since they opened. They have fantastic salads (try the Greek, buffalo chicken, and chef!) served with garlic knots; appetizers (our favorites are the sweet potato fries, potato skins, and tri-sampler); grinders, and omelets... and we have a lot more to try. Staff is always super friendly and efficient. Bags of chips and soda or vitamin water are available and there are food merchandise items like olives, pasta, and Vienna fingers to buy. Nice little market-style store to browse. And I almost forgot the desserts! Slices of cakes or pies are often in the counter/cooler. We eat here waaay too often, because we can call when I get out of work and grab it on the way home. Great...
