Budtenders know their stuff great bud excellent customer service. Taxes are kinda high (no pun intended) but te budcwas worth the extra money. Great overall trip But sadly I won't be able to return to the store. My work leaves me nasty and stinky sometimes and it's more than they can handle and I was asked to leave the shop today. The more than they can handle is a direct quote. As much as I enjoy this shop I won't be returning, the embarrassment is more than I can handle. And again the mannerless budtender is at it again. Im a CNA and went Tues with one of my clients. This client is an older man who suffers with incontinence issues and walks with a cane. He enjoyed going for his weekly trip to the dispensary. Until this past Tuesday. He went in, smiling from ear to ear because the tenders are usually pretty friendly and visit with him and he liked the service he was getting. Again until Michelle struck, and took the wind right out of his sails. We had been out doing errands and keeping appointments so he was sweaty and had had an accident. He wears adult underwear and you could smell it but it wasn't overwhelming or anything like that. He went in placed his order der and when she handed him his product she made sure to say to him that's quite the aroma coming from you Mr. (last name). Maybe clean up a bit before coming back to the shop. And this is a tough old dude, doesn't let anything bother him yis one of the kindest people I know, but when he came out of that place the life had drained from his face and he was clearly rattled. And I was instantly pissed, he wouldn't let me go back in and say something so im saying it now for him. It's a weed shop for God's sake not the Ritz Carlton and in my experience stoners are some of the grimiest people I know but they are also some of the sweetest well mannered people so what happened with this "woman" as she was the same one who did it to me. Weed's decent here but absolutely not worth being embarrassed and put down by a drug dealer and that's all she is, a drug dealer!! No one tells her she's a little old for that hair style and color (which she copied from another worker) but if there is a God someone will put this holier than thou "woman" in her place. I won't waste my breath on her, but there are plenty of people who would do it for me in a heartbeat!! I'm not quite sure when manners went out of style or when people stopped using them but, there is no excuse for bad manners especially when you work in the public eye. Again Michelle you are just a legal drug dealer who somewhere along the way lost your manners and your mind with that hair style and color. You need to treat people the way you want to be treated, not the way you judge them. And if God doesn't like ugly, you're at the bottom of the line to get through the pearly gates!! And I sure hope my personal friend Karma is swift and horrible when you meet. And I'm looking forward to speaking with the state licensing board and can only hope that they find this story as...

I normally come to Purlife and shop on a budget, and the bud tenders have picked up on this. Probably due to me having to do math in store and having a card decline before . I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young or what but they’re all pretty rude to me. The older 60 yr old man (possibly older) with the stupid hat even assumed my budget one day and started saying something like “oh well our cheapest stuff right now that would be better for you is..”

Well yesterday I went in there for the last time . I got some 40ish year old fat white guy with the glasses. The total said $23 something cents (for only two joints I’ll add!) they said I’d be getting like $9-10 in cash back?? & that does not make sense whatsoever the fee to use my debit card has always been under $5 . Anyways I had $25 on the card . It wasn’t locked either but it kept declining . So I was trying both my cards (which both had $ on them) and they were declining for whatever reason . That bud tender that I got (which I pretty much hate all of them) he coughed up an attitude and said in a rude tone of voice “it won’t go through because there’s no funds”. The weirdest thing of all is I did not get any receipt on my cash app card or my other card saying “declined” or anything it’s like it wasn’t even being charged at all.

Well after that he just pissed me off so I went down on the 313 to the dispensary right next to family dollar . I got a disposable cart for $18 because I got a discount (even without the discount it was $25 exactly) and it was my first time in there .. I got free things too. The bud tender in that dispensary on the 313 even told me he doesn’t shop at Purlife anymore due to their prices . But for me it’s not only the prices but the rude staff. So yeah I’ll never be going back to Purlife again the prices are high & they’re rude. I definitely recommend the dispensary on 313 right next to dollar general I think it’s called Royal highness. I’ll include a screenshot of the business. It’s just kinda stupid as well that I could’ve been getting more bang for my buck this whole time . I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURLIFE...

I go to this dispensary anywhere from 1-3 times a week. I know most of not all of the bud tenders. They are aware of me, I usually buy for my husband and I. I ALWAYS tell them about my husband. Recently I got kicked out and denied service for taking a phone call in the waiting room. I mentioned I was at the dispensary and they went and told me they refuse to serve me cause I could be sharing with a minor. I was absolutely shocked at the treatment I got. There are no signs saying you cannot make a phone call. There is a sign on the door into the main room says “no phones beyond this point”. No where does it say you can’t make phone calls in the waiting room. I’m highly upset that I didn’t get a warning because how was I to know I’m not allowed to make phone calls???? Very very very upset and do not wish to return. Really truly feel that I deserved a warning since nobody briefed me on this matter. I spend hundreds at this dispensary and was never once made aware of this supposed rule.
