Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Bernalillo

I love Tractor Supply... I end up spending more money than I expected every visit because of all the good prices. And now that the stores are able to open up more. Can't wait to go back and loose my self for a couple hours in the store, because of all the interesting products. Only down fall is an employee by the name of Lisa who runs her mouth about personal business. Having the biggest family in the Bernalillo area, There has been numerous friends and family who have approached me on how they were at Tractor Supply and Lisa starting complaining to them about I've taken my son away from them. First of all she shouldn't be talking to anyone of her personal business, while she's at work. Secondly I have a hudge family. And a lot of them started going else where just not to have to hear her complaining every time they walk into Tractor Supply. So while I'm not trying to make her lose her job. I really feel like someone has to make her leave her personal business at home. Because of her nagging, your store is missing out on a large amount of business in the Bernalillo area. We would like to feel comfortable again when we walk in your store. Not worried about having to put up with...

I walked in looking for a gate opener (sliding gate) because I had heard that they carried gate openers. But all they had there where swinging gate openers. But that's not what I had a problem with... 5 minutes after I walked in, I caught one of the employees eye balling me, so I thought to myself, I could be wrong but let's make sure, so I decided to purposely walk down every aisle and act like I was looking around, waiting for him to say "can I help you sir". Sure enough every where I went I would see him out of the corner of my eye trying to act like he was straightening out stuff (I literally caught him "popping in on me" 8 times) this whole time not once did he bother to ask if I needed assistance. Talk about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROFILING. finally after 35 minutes of being in the store and three different employees looking right at me and not asking me if they could help me find something. I thought to myself "forget this, I'm out of here". I drove to a fence and gate store, I spent my money there.

Highly disappointed by the lack of communication. Needed our propane tanks filled. My husband and I went to the store earlier this morning and ask if it was possible to get our tanks filled. We were told yes, that someone would be there all day that was able to fill them up. At the time we didn’t have them with us because we have read reviews that they don’t fill tanks on the weekend, I did try to call the store before with no answer. So, we came back to our RV and grabbed our tanks and headed back. When we arrived we were told that there was no one there to fill them. The manager just blew us off, like we have should have known.
