I am a disabled veteran and live on a dirt road. I purchased an unlimited subscription to Mr. Carwash at this location because it is difficult for me to wash my own car during monsoon season. When I brought my car to be cleaned, the manager at this location in Bernalillo rudely told me that they would not wash my car. He said that it was too dirty, and that it would inconvenience all their other customers (It was during work hours on a weekday and I was the only person there!) He said that they advertise being able to wash any car in 5 minutes, and since it would take them longer than 5 minutes, they would not wash my car. It’s appropriate this carwash is located near a casino because it’s a crapshoot whether you’re going to get your car cleaned or their fluids will be so hot they’ll burn coats of paint off your car. I I noticed there was melted plastic all around one of their sprayers. After I got out I saw the holes in the overcoat on the hood of my new car in the same place that sprayer was pointing. I spoke with the manager. He politely told me “that stinks for you” and refused to do anything. I’m getting a quote before I determine if it’s worth the effort to go to small claims court. I have time stamped pictures and you can see the damage is fresh.
Follow up. The response below just gives you the number to the location which has a full mailbox. They have no intention of making...
