Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bernalillo

Who is running this place? Was quoted a 5 -10 minute wait. Finally went in after 30 minutes, and they were making pizzas one at a time after you went in to complain 😵‍💫What a giant waste of time. There were 3 employees, 2 of them were standing around talking and the other one was running the register window and making pizzas (no wonder they were out of almost everything for the night). The restaurant was trashed, nothing was stocked and the pizzas were being made literally one at a time. Then the girl employee leaves and comes back with McDonald’s in the time that I sat there waiting for my hot and ready pizza to be made 🙄.

Anyway, as I sat there watching the one guy doing all the work, he looks into the over and tells me “I’m just waiting for your last pizza to come out” I could literally see inside the oven, there was no pizza in there. So I watched to see how long he would stick with that story and then the 3rd employee the one that was just talking to the girl, comes over and asks what I’m waiting for… and the 1st guy says “one more pizza to come out of the oven.” Then that guys looks into the over (sees nothing) and walks out of sight… hmmmm okay.

Well then it gets worse, after watching guy number one take orders, and payments and touch his headset like 6 times, he goes over and finally starts to make my pizza without gloves or washing his hands.

When I asked him if that was my pizza he was making he goes “yeah”. I said “can I please have a refund?” he says “well I’d have to refund your whole order” and I said “please do”. Then, I said “why are you not wearing gloves”. He says “The state of New Mexico Health department says we don’t have to if the food is cold” 🤮🤮🤮🤮.

Won’t be eating...

I like the pizza here. The service was terrible though. The last time I was at this store I went inside to order and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I placed my order and asked how long it would take and was told 10 minutes. Over ten minutes later I went back in and went to the counter and the guy who took my order was also helping a customer at the drive-thru and I watched him get his order together but he checked his phone before handing the customer their order! He came to the counter and told someone else who was now waiting as well his order was coming up soon. I had to wave my arms to get his attention to ask about mine. He asked what I ordered and said not much longer. Eventually another employee asked me what I ordered and I told her a calzony and an extra most bestes and she was quick to see my order had not even gone in. Eventually I saw my calzone come out but the only most bestes was sold to a customer at the drive-thru and when the guy was getting my order together he asked about a most bestes pizza and was told there was not another one made he took a 5 dollar hot and ready one and handed it to me! I was so tired of waiting for my food I just took it and left. I have never had a bad experience with this store before this but will not be going back to that store for a while because I felt that after 40 minutes of waiting and then intentionally given the wrong pizza because someone just...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY FROM THEM!! Even though berna traffic is a disaster right now, i HIGHLY recommend you use pickup VS delivery. Ive used delivery 2 times when placing my order THROUGH THEIR APP. They use doordash. BOTH times, they have failed to give all of my items to the doordash driver. When i called them, they said to call doordash and that it was their fault. But when speaking to 4 different customer service people for doordash, they say that because it was little caesars that took my money, THEY ARE THE ONES WHO NEED TO REFUND ME. They wont though. They talk me in circles telling me to call door dash and doordash doesnt even have my payment info. They wanted to refund me to apologize for lil caesars mess up, but they couldnt because i paid through little caesars. The food is hot and fresh but DO NOT use delivery unless you call your delivery driver and tell them whats in your order so they can ask the people at little caesars to give...
