I typically don't leave reviews, but I was so frustrated when I visited this location. I waited for a VERY long time at the drive up waiting to order. Not because there were people in front of me, but because the employees must have had better things to do then serve their customers. I finally asked "hello, may I order" when the employee just said "ya". I gave my order, and she repeated something completely different from what I asked for, so I repeated myself. I finally got to the window to pay and I am handed an incorrect drink. I told the employee this is not what I ordered, and she was clearly very inconvenienced that the drink needed to be remade. I could hear her talking to another customer in the drive up about a bagel, and she was very rude to that person too. She finally hands me the correct drink, no "I'm sorry", "thank you" nothing. I asked for my receipt, because I wanted to leave a review, and again she let out a sign and an eye roll. I didn't catch her name as her nametag was flipped forward, but whoever the girl running the window on Friday, 7/20 at about 12:15 pm, short red-ish hair and glasses, you need to work on your customer service skills, or get a different job. Read moreThis was the worst Starbucks experience ever!!! I buy here everyday... which is a huge mistake, but too convenient to change locations. Today, 6 employees, count'em SIX EMPLOYEES behind the counter, the visiting manager was beside herself wiping counters and lighting fires, but only 1 barista... who was teary eyed and distracted. At one point she left the counter for the back room and the rest of the employees, who were standing around just looked at each other. No one was making ANY drinks. Two mobile customers came in for what? as there was NOTHING in the their pick-up tray. If your only barista is NOT working get rid of her and get the other employees trained on MAKING MY $8.51 latte. I was inside the shop at least 25 minutes. My latte was filled 3/4 full, at which I asked for a full venti and the barista said the extra shots are the reason for thew wait. Not likely!!!! We moved here in 2010 and as much as the manager Ray was kind of a disorganized hippie, he either had trained people making the drinks or he was there doing it himself. I'd take Ray back in a minute! Read moreI just picked up a pumpkin spice latte from here and it was made by Josh who went out of his way to accommodate me when I asked for just as little syrup as possible due to health issues. He also explained to me which come with espresso and even offered a decaf one since it was after 7pm. He was just a lovely, patient and professional human being. I love this Starbucks in general but the last 3 times I have experienced beyond exceptional service. About a week ago or so, I had someone else named ju…(I’m sorry I forgot the rest of the name!) But he was also very sweet. Please Starbucks, can you finally start allowing cx to be able to tip on card? You have excellent baristas here and they deserve to get compensation like any bartender would. They do the same type of work. And that particular location is always very busy. SORT IT.
