Last week I had an amazing facial, brow, and lip wax with Sabina. It's been years since I've had a facial so comprehensive. Sabina is an expert at extractions and uses many modalities such as Diamond Peel microdermabrasion, cryo spoons, and warm ultrasound in sequence over the hydrating mask. You will not find a facial massage anywhere in Tennessee like Sabina's technique and hands. Massage starts with the exfoliation, before masking with steam, while masking and during the application of luxury Ingrid Millet Paris products. Yes, I work at Tiba, but I pay for my services. The cut and color were great. But the prices I was quoted when making the appointment were half of what I was charged in reality. I was quoted $200 for color and they charged me $400. They had visiting stylists in from NYC who charged “their” prices, not what the salon quoted when I made the booking. When speaking with the salon about this I was made to feel in the wrong, like they had no idea of knowing what the stylists charged. Terrible customer service and total miscommunication. The cut and color were great but I cannot recommend the business practices...

Tiba is such a cute little studio spa, and Sabina is an amazing esthetician! She did a euro cleansing facial, and ballancer pro bottoms at the same time for me which was an unforgettable experience. Sabina was amazing the whole time providing the most relaxing and comforting environment while doing an amazing facial. At no point was I in pain or discomfort, and at times I was so relaxed I was at a loss for words despite being very chatty. If I can I plan on returning to see Sabina again, and perhaps adding one of those amazing body...
