I love my Michael's...the staff is always helpful and friendly. Thats one of the reasons I keep going back. ALWAYS well stocked and clean. The associates STOP what they are doing and show me where to look instead of just pointing. Cashiers ALWAYS friendly and inquiries if I found what I needed. I love shopping at Michaels. It is my go to fir all my crafting supplies. I almost always find what I need or a great substitute. Customer service is amazing. Anytime I need help, I can count on Helen and the other employees to assist me in a timely manner. This location is not the closest to me, but I chose the tannehill location because of the customer service. I will continue to shop at Michaels, and I always recommend Michael's before any other crafting...

I had a picture framed here and it had to be redone 3 times due to trash being under the glass. It took a month to get a small size picture framed using an in stock frame. Twice when I tried to pick it up but there was trash under the glass the staff acted as though this was normal. No idea why I was not happy. I have never had an issue with the remainder of the store, it is usually clean and stocked just a terrible framing...
