I came to this crumbl Sep 25th 2024. The cookies were good! But let's get to the environment and service... we ordered at 9.30 am to pick up our cookies at 6 pm, since we had classes throughout the day. We showed up on time and were greeted by a very friendly male worker, telling us that the system was down and they were only taking cash. But before we could say anything, a young female came out side and very angrily telling everyone that was standing outside that they weren't doing any app or cards, and started snatching the handwritten flyers saying to order on the app, and stormed back inside. Once she was back inside, the male worker that was already out there just laughed and said not to worry about her. We told him we had already ordered before their system went down this morning, and he checked the name thing and said he saw us, so we were okay. But as we were standing there waiting for our cookies (now inside), the same young girl was walking around putting up new handwritten flyers saying cash only. And was yelling to the other workers that "what do people not understand" and "we obviously are doing cash only" and making a lot of other costumers uncomfortable and other costumers started talking about how she needed to calm down and it's not something to be rude about when it just happened. I personally used to work in the food industry so i understand it can be stressful, especially if the system crashes, but when you're working face to face with other costumers you should learn how to keep a calm attitude and leave the attitude in the back or at home. Very unprofessional. This was my first time at this crumbl, and she gave the biggest impression by representing this store and not in a good way. If she doesn't like working with ppl and customer interactions, then the food business...
Read moreWent to Crumbl for the first time ever today, and will not go back. We walked in, unsure of the process or flavors of the week, and was completely ignored. Not a single employee attempted to help or even asked if any help was needed. Cash was going to be used for purchase, but no cash services were available even though it clearly says cash is accepted online, and no signs were posted anywhere in the store saying different. Also, no business cards or way of contacting the store/store manager. We asked for the managers name and phone number and was given a napkin to write our name and number on even though that was not what we asked. Then, the gentleman wrote a cellphone number on a napkin without even giving a name or position of who we could contact. Overall, I’ve never received such blatant disregard from any business I’ve ever had...
Read moreWent in today to order cookies for my dad's birthday. When we walked in there was one person waiting & another person ordering. We placed our order thinking we'd get our 4 pack relatively quickly. Boy was I wrong. After waiting 20+ minutes, seeing a women walk out with someone else's order, 4 other people that ordered well after me get their cookies & leave, the same order be made & called 4x, & then having them sell out of one of the cookies we ordered, we finally just asked for a refund & left. They were extremely disorganized & didn't seem to want to address customers at all. Highly disappointed with this experience. Oh, and the lady that was waiting before me had been waiting for OVER 30 mins for ONE chocolate chip cookie. She still hadn't got it...
