Read the great reviews and so I visited the store requesting help with a repair. (I am a beginning knitter)The woman at the Counter was rude, told me she could not help me before I showed her. I expressed my disappointment which she then asked to see the knitting project & said"that is an easy repair" which I knew but my repairs lead to big repairs. After 3 attempts (imagine the mess I would have made)she made the repair. I will go elsewhere next time,where newbies...

I love a store that will give you honest recommendations, even if they don't make the sale. I stopped in today and found a lovely knitting kit with pattern and yarn, I am an experienced crocheter, but a beginner knitter and the lady I asked told me not to buy it because it would only result in frustration for me.
