STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have been going here for 8+ years trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are a local family owned business but at the end of the day they just love stealing peoples money they same machines have been broken for years half the dryers won’t dry your clothes but they must love the fact that people pi** their money away because they know theirs no where else to go.. I wish local companies would take pride in their services but this is by far one place that doesn’t. Can’t speak for the dry cleaning aspect but as far as the laundry mat goes it’s a waste of money and time if you don’t know the right machines to use you are just going to waste your money. Will never take my business there again! Be ware and don’t waste your money there! Wish the owners would own up and take pride for their business but from the reviews I’ve read they are still waiting on back ordered parts to fix the machine which is a petty excuse especially considering most of the reviews are a few years old now! After reading so many negative reviews, we thought we should give this place a pass and drive a little further. But in the interest of time, we stopped into Peninsula. We are so glad we did. This business has been around for awhile so the building (which is only leased by the cleaners and NOT owned by them) is showing its age. The washers and dryers are mostly functional (one or two not working). They are clean and easy to operate. We had no problem using anything in the laundromat and found all of the employees to be courteous and helpful. Due to the leasing aspect of the business, it wouldn’t make sense for Peninsula to put a lot of money into upgrades as they could be displaced if the lease owner chose not to renew. First off, let me start out by saying... I wash nothing but underwear, tee shirts and socks.... that is it. Peninsula does the rest. I have a pretty extensive clothing collection and only trust these guys. I have to be honest.. I defected from another dry cleaner in the Millville area, who only knew me by a phone number.... I walk in here and am greeted by name, I love that. On top of the good service that I receive, I am saving money. My former dry cleaner was super expensive (about 60-75) a week.
