So happy I stopped in today and ran into Terri. Not new to CBD but newly diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and dealing with new medication side effects and some pretty heavy restrictions in addition to the disease itself. Terri listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain the science and intentionality behind their products and made some excellent recommendations for my very specific needs. I felt like I owed a copay at the end of the consultation but Terri was just genuinely invested in my story and how she could help me feel better with products they had in stock or even custom formulations in the future if needed.

I always appreciate running into people who are knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, but now with a complex chronic illness those people are worth their weight in gold. When you see so many providers, it becomes pretty easy to tell who is invested in what you, as an individual, need to feel better, and investigating it if they don’t know the answer, and who’s just trying to get through the appointment or sale. Terri is obviously the former.

Shortly after I started describing my symptoms, Terri handed me a sample of some of their sports balm. I didn’t think too much of it as my aches and pains weren’t too bad and purchased some other products I thought I would need more. Well I got hit with intense rheumatoid knee pain for the first time tonight, could either be a symptom or side effect of my biologic medication, but Tylenol and dispensary products weren’t touching it.

The CBD salve sample saved my evening and possibly my entire weekend. I visited the CBD Wellness Store in Bethel Park for the first time yesterday. I honestly don’t know anything about CBD and was looking for ideas to calm our 12-year-old super-nervous dog. Adrian give me a great introduction to CBD benefits, dosage and administration. Through our discussion I also realized that CBD might help my wife’s arthritis pain. He coached me (no hard sell...) so that I could help my wife and old dog. Thanks to Adrian I feel better equipped to help them.

I also want to mention that the store itself is incredibly relaxing; very much like a spa. Plenty of parking and ample room to turn the car around for an easy exit onto the main road which ever direction...
