Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Bethel Park

I got a large cone with sprinkles and the ice cream was so soft & was (almost) solid like the cone from a different Dairy Queen I got the day before, therefore it started dripping literally 30 seconds after I tried to eat it. I noticed immediately the ice cream was watery & not how it should be. I took it back inside and a chubby manager with red / orangish hair told me he couldn’t give me my money back & wouldn’t remake it, even after he admitted that happened because the bags of ice cream needed changed. Which means the ice cream being watery was CLEARLY their fault for being lazy & not changing the ice cream bags on time, but still taking customers money. He literally waited for my complaint to change the bags of ice cream. He then lied to someone named Amanda on the phone & said he remade the cone 4 times which is a lie. I am never one to leave reviews like this but the service was unfortunately not great. There were 4 teenage girls working. None of them seemed to really know what they were doing. The one girl told the other to stop taking orders and then proceeded to scream “well they can all wait” over and over. she was complaining about orders right infront of all the customers. They forgot to make one of my blizzards and after 5 people got their orders I said something to them. The girl have a big sigh and made it. The quality is rather poor here. Lots of poor experiences. We got a cake and the writing looked like it was done by a young child. The drinks and blizzards have been extremely runny. When I politely asked for another one, I watched the girls gossip about my outrageous request. The second one was terrible and barely mixed. During the same visit, the girls took the trash out through the front door right in front of me. It was discussing. When I placed a pickup order, my bag reeked of cigarette smoke.
