O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Bethel Park

I went to a DIFFERENT auto chain I wont name before coming here. Stood around at the DIFFERENT chain for 20 min on my phone trying to find the correct parts I needed for an oil change for 2 cars. The DIFFERENT chain did not have a booklet available to match the correct parts by make and model, no one asked me if I needed assistance, and grew increasingly frustrated trying to locate the parts on my phone which was surprisingly confusing, even for a tech savvy (but not auto savvy) person. As I was poking around on my phone I noticed that the DIFFERENT store had a very low rating somewhere (I thought it was google but now realize they have an average google rating. Not sure where I saw the low rating but I did see it somewhere), but THIS nearby OReilly Auto Parts had close to 5 stars. Decided to ditch the other store and drove to OReilly.

The second I walked into OReily one of the employees (didn't catch his name unfortunately) asked me if I needed help immediately. Helped me find oil, oil filters, a starter oil change kit, and a hydraulic jack, and then walked the jack to my car for me so I didn't need to make two trips. I rarely leave reviews for anything, but had to call this out. Thanks for the AMAZING service guys, I'll be coming back to OReilly any time I need...

An innocent mistake has led to a full blown issue for me. The employee reversed the negative and positive posts during the battery installation and blew 5 fuses including one that was very difficult to remove. After 2 hours of wrestling trying to remove it the employee was unable to and i had to seek the assistance of a relative nearby. To make the whole thing deserving of this rating; they don't have an appropriate fuse to replace it with and offer to order me one, promising it will be in early the next week. One week later I havent heard a peep even after calling in and checking. This could have never happened....

These guys Rock!! None of their competitors carry the product selection available here . From standard parts like brakes & alternators to specialty stuff like oem color match paint , switches /electrical components , body panel clips & hardware, part pullers , exhaust components, etc etc , these guys probably have what you need and if not, can get it tomorrow! Seriously, why would anyone go to Autozone ,Advanced or Napa with an Oreilly’s nearby ? I don’t benefit by saying any of this but do believe they’re...
