Terrible experience at the Bethel location. Our merchandise took months to receive and even then, one item was lost and never delivered. There was absolutely no communication from the sales associate until we called to inquire, which was numerous tines. We have spent thousands of dollars there in the past and this recent experience proved unsatisfactory in all areas. We lost the entire season using our screened in porch due to waiting so long for our replacement materials. I'm a building contractor in Danbury. ct went to buy deck boards at ringsend in Bethel CT 1"×4" pressure treated deck boards the most expensive I've ever bought $24.80 for a 16-foot length ( which is price gouging because they only had a limited amount , would buy homedepot deck boards and rip in the future Not Good !! The customer service is not welcoming. they are not polite and You feel as if you are" begging " them to sell you, and even the red shirt at Lumber Bay was not present to show you where to load Lumber I'm very disappointed ...

Worse customer service ever had in my life. Order online 7days before no update. Called 3 times to find out my order ready or not for pick up ? Every time they transferred to sales department took long long time to answer. After 3 times calling first time he hung up on me. Second time didn’t even answer.Thrid time asked little bit information again and then Hung up again.After that we went to store was nice customer service.
