I have to say…. They are wonderful! We live around the corner from the shop and the awesome gentleman saved us! My daughter was absolutely heartbroken because her front wheel on her bike just fell off. Her father and I are CLUELESS on how to fix these things. So we told our daughter “just walk on over and show him the part and find out how much it would cost to fix.” Within 5 minutes she comes running back and says “I got the part!” I was so confused since I didn’t send her with any money. Then the guy comes walking out back and says “It’s no charge! No worries!” I couldn’t thank him enough! It was at that point that I think he could pick up on the fact that I had no clue what I was doing lol. So he put the part on for her as well! Wonderful guy! Put a huge smile on my daughter’s face! And that right there is enough for me! I will absolutely be returning and giving them my business! Especially now, since my daughters pedal fell off and we need a replacement! THANK YOU...

I'm currently building an e-bite at the time that I went there 4 months ago. Ironically at this time. I'm still building it is things that come up in a project. What I needed was a bracket that Attaches to the frame then to mount the Carrier to the frame. the manufacture of my rear wheel carrier Forgot to include with the kit. I measured the hole that was on the frame to the sides of the frame see how much in size I will. so I get the right size. When I went in their the boss help me. he searched top and bottom for one that size . He couldn't find any that were exact size.

Fortunately he found 1 that which is slightly bigger. When I got home it was a little over hang a little bit. I just got the Carrier on last week and it fits s perfectly! The boss was so helpful and patient Take the time To find what I need it awesome customer service! Rested of staff Were knowledgeable and friendly too Thank you very much...

So great! I had an issue with my bike and was looking (I thought) for a bike rack so that I could bring my bike in, but they looked at my car and recommended that I not get a rack and showed me how if I put a rack on the back of my car how it could damage my cars spoiler.

The guy that was helping me showed me how to take the wheel off so that it would fit into my car and I went home, took the wheel off and brought the bike in for them to look at. He showed me how to reattached the wheel and he fixed the issue I was having with the bike for me. Then he didn't charge me, not even for his time, and would not accept a tip.

Super nice, very helpful and gave me a few tips for loading and unloading it so I would not damage the bike or my car. Saved me a lot of money, and my car from damage and sent me on my way, in time to still go out for a ride on a sunny Sunday. I would recommend them and I will defiantly be...
