Barbara and the ladies did a gorgeous, wonderful, perfect job on my custom dress. I couldn’t find a dress that combined all my favorite parts of the dresses I tried on, envisioned a classic look that was hard to find, and I felt like I wouldn’t find the one. Thank goodness my mom and I found local and super sweet Barbara Kavchok in Bethlehem. Over a planning session in her workspace, she drew my dress how I envisioned it, let me feel and look at fabrics and lace, and made me confident my dream dress could be a reality. I came in for measurements, fittings and saw my dress take shape over a couple months leading up to the wedding. Before coming to the final product, she made sure it fit my body perfectly and each little detail of what became “our vision” for my dress was just right. I visited several bridal studios and tried on nearly 50 dresses before I found Barbara Kavchok Couture. Once I met Barbara, I KNEW that I wanted to get my dress from her.

I had an idea of what I wanted for my dress and Barbara and her team were able to perfectly execute my vision. I selected the Ulla dress and made customizations to make my wedding dress vision a reality. Barbara took lace from my mom's wedding dress and sewed it to the back of my dress for my "something old". We also used lace from my mom's dress to make my veil. Barbara was active in all of my appointments and made the process stress free!
