If I could give 0 stars I would. I was trying to buy an item from this place and got the absolute worst service ever. I was followed around by this ignorant employee who could not tell me a single knowledgeable thing about the glass for sale. He wasn’t talking to me or engaging in the conversation. I felt awkward. I referred to everything as item or piece because I didn’t want to use wrong wording being from out of state and I was still corrected. I’m sorry that’s just poor customer service. I love collecting high end glass from every state I travel to. I love supporting local artists. The prices weren’t too bad. I’ve gathered that this is a higher end shop (the employee couldn’t tell me anything about the pieces so I’m just assuming) and I just wanted a really nice piece to bring home to my friends back in MA. I got out of there as soon as I could and going myself a nice little shop called utopia where everyone was pleased to help me! I ended up spending over $500 on my bill. Goes to show that the right staff would ruin a sale like that. I will absolutely not come back to this s* hole. You’ve lost my business. I highly recommend going to utopia before trying this...

I normally don't write reviews on here, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to share. I purchased a piece that was relatively expensive in my eyes while the shop was busy. So I didn't get a chance to look it over. When I did finally get a chance to check it out, I noticed some tool markings towards the mouthpiece and was concerned about the strength and stability of long term use. I returned an hour or so later and showed them my concerns and they were very helpful and happy to help me exchange it out with a different one if I wanted to. They did see what I was talking about with the tool marks and said it was normal and I do believe them, but to go ahead and allow me to switch it out with a new one of my choice was above and beyond. Beautiful glass work and just about everything you would expect in a head shop. A lot of clear glass and brand name glass like Illadelph and others. Love the one Illadelph piece they have just it being 10mm female joint keeps pushing me away when you already own over $1000 in HEv2, Halen Buckets and other high end quartz and a $500 enail but adapters only do 14 and up. I'd have to use whatever female best fit over the whole female joint. They also wanted like 750-800 for the piece and it was beautiful with an opal and marbles and such but the artist was offering the same rig in different colorings direct thru IG for $500 a pop. I know shops have markup to stay in business but it seems Primal has much higher prices than other "boutique" high end head shops do like Utopia or Artifax, and other vape shops that...
