Broad St Pizzeria — Restaurant in Bethlehem

When I went to pay, I realized that I only paid for two pizzas, not including my drink. I was quite disappointed because I wanted a drink, but I let it slide. While waiting for my pizza, I spoke to the manager about taking down the lunch special sign outside since the special was actually over. However, to my surprise, the manager refused to take down the sign, which I found deceiving and misleading. When I asked if I could still order anything from the lunch special, he said no, which made me question the purpose of having the sign up. When I pointed this out, the manager got upset with me and walked away. However, another employee seemed to agree with me.

The pizza was good overall, but the cheese tasted bland. On the positive side, the pepperoni was crispy and delicious. Although I was waiting by the door due to leaving my car door open, I found the interior of the restaurant to be quite nice. The manager really needs to reconsider the way they are handling the lunch special sign. Again the food isn't the issue we always get take out when I'm to busy to pick it up we get it delivered! These past 2x with delivery our pizza the cheese was slide to one side we has to try and fix it ourself and last night 7/31/24 I has to work late I ordered food to be delivered well my daughter said when he got there he didn't park near the house, he stayed away from the door made my kid come out amd grab all the food and drinks and here's the the main issue I have he took the payment for the food and DID NOT GIVE MY CHANGE BACK I DIDN'T GIVE YOU ALL THAT FOR A TIP YOUR DRIVER STOLE MY MONEY!!!I I know you all work for tips but you don't steal the tip this dude ran with the money I want my money back I would never give that much for a tip sorry I work for my money too and your delivery workers need to be more careful with the food and don't assume the change is your tip and run away with it I...

Now I’m gonna start by saying I like broad street they’re usually consistent with the quality of food and service but tonight they were not. I got the large pizza, 10 wings, and soda for about $30 after tax. The wings were great 8/10 saucy fresh and paired with their ranch 👌. The pizza however didn’t taste the same as it did before. They originally messed up the pizza and had to send a new one which is okay with me. They were willing to remake with no fuss. The customer service gets an A+. However even with the remake the cheese tasted SUPER SALTY and was CACKED on there. The sauce didn’t taste as sweet or as tomato based as usual; it’s one of the few things I liked about their pizza. Was it an off night new staff or a change of supplier etc ? Not sure but hopefully next time...
