Cosmetic LaserWorks is by far the most efficient, professional, and reasonably priced company I’ve worked with. Delivering top results at a very reasonable cost. The customer service and accuracy is nothing less than the best. Roughly over a year ago I found Cosmetic LaserWorks Via google search. I work in the News business as an on - air Anchor / Reporter, and do thorough detailed searches on many companies prior to giving them my business. If you’re in the market for natural looking results, your search ends here. Robin, the CEO and founder of Cosmetic LaserWorks, is honest and forthright in her objective and opinion of what you truly need to get done or pass on. Her staff is genuine, friendly, and no one here will try to over charge, up-sell you or mislead you. Robin takes time with all her patients / customers and her team is very precise. I took the time to read some of the previous “1 star” reviews others have written. Disregard, and here’s why. Most people will find any means he / she can to complain about anything, are cheap and want the best deal. At the end of the day, your attitude plays a big role. Genetics is 90%. You can’t walk out the door expecting to look like a supermodel. Logic and reason plays a big part here. If you have unreasonable expectations, then you’re always gonna be unhappy regardless. Work with what God gave you. Looking healthy, and beautiful, at any age with natural results is the key outcome. My experience would be way too long to write on here. Bottom line, the owner is a LIAR who promised to fix the effed up juevederm injection i received, only to put me through the most painful dissolving experience ever, and then two weeks later when I came bsck to get the replacement filler that ahe promised she would comp me (she told BOTH my boyfriend and I ahe would comp one syringe of voluma and the 2nd syringe would only be 500$) all the sudden she denied ever saying that. My boyfriend prepaid for this service thru Groupon so he paid for nothing. The Groupon was about $450 bucks for a syringe of juevederm and 20 units of botox. So he basically paid $450 for 20 units of botox, which had to have been watered down since it made no difference at all. This is by far the WORST place I have ever been to for botox/filler. Terrible service, terrible experience, and no results. I'm also going to be writing this same review on Groupon... I felt very stereotyped and treated poorly. You'd think the owner would know by now about customer service and how important it is to ensure the customer/client receives superior customer service, especially after experiencing such a nightmare of an appointment like I did!! It's not as tho she's of gone broke had she kept her word and comped me that syringe!! SMH she should of cared MORE about providing me with proper service and less about her pocketbook!! DEF DO NOT...

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at here. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. Katie and Ray go above and beyond to create such a positive, comfortable atmosphere. They truly make you feel like you’re in great hands the entire time.

Katie is amazing at what she does. She took her time to really understand what I wanted and made sure to explain everything thoroughly so I knew what to expect. What stood out the most to me was her eye for detail, she evened out my face in such a natural, balanced way that I didn’t even realize was possible until I saw the results. It wasn’t just about enhancing my appearance; it was about creating harmony and symmetry that made me feel like the best version of myself.

Ray was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout the visit. He checked in often, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed, and he has such a calming presence that it really added to the overall experience. Little things like that make such a difference when you’re doing something as personal as aesthetics.

I left feeling not only beautiful but also cared for and appreciated as a client. It’s rare to find a team that’s both highly skilled and genuinely kind, but that’s exactly what you get here. I would recommend Beverly Hills Aesthetic to anyone looking for excellent results in a welcoming, supportive environment...
