Think twice before coming here for Miradry!

They force you to take a face photo before treatment or they won’t do it. If it’s just said to me, they also have a discrimination issue.

The front desk, who is also the manager and Miradry operator, Maria, was one hand on her phone, one hand operating the machine for half time of the procedure.

Only one doctor’s certificate from 2007 is on display. That doctor never showed up, and Maria and Ronit’s certificates were nowhere to be seen.

The biggest part: Miradry did not work on me at all. I understand not everybody gets results the first time, but what I am saying here is 0% effectiveness. Maria refused to talk by phone, made me come in, then let me wait for about half an hour. The whole follow-up consultation lasted more than one hour in total, and they sent me back again saying they would call me back. Maria called me back and offered me a price of $X to try the second treatment. Because I was unhappy with the first result I was afraid to do it again, so I offered $Y, which was $200 lower than $X. She agreed immediately. After a couple of months, I followed up with her wanting to schedule the second treatment. She said that was $Y off, not $Y. She was obviously lying, there was no issue with the communication at the time we discussed the price, and also because I offered her a lower price she said she would accept it just because she wanted her customer to be happy. If $Y is $Y off, how could I offer a lower off price than $X (a higher off price?). She just chose to lie straight to my face, which really made me sad. I didn’t want to go back anyway so I would love to share my experience here.

Maybe Miradry works, but not here. Want your face photo taken and your practitioner glued to their phone mid-treatment? That’s what you’ll get. Oh! Maybe that’s why I had zero results!

I don’t know how they are able to do so, but their reviews kept changing. Mine could disappear someday soon or later, but luckily as you can see, this is my real feedback....

I recently had the MiraDry procedure done and wanted to share my experience. My technician, Maria, was absolutely amazing — she was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time.

The procedure itself went smoothly. I did experience some pain afterward (nothing unbearable), so I’d definitely recommend taking some painkillers for the first day. By the next morning, I woke up feeling great and already noticed a difference.

Overall, I’m very happy with the results so far and would highly recommend both Maria and the MiraDry treatment to anyone...
