Where do I start? I was given a room next to the elevator door, where there are hard floors (not carpet), as well as posted at the intersection of the stairs to the lobby and the end of all the hallways leading to the other rooms on that floor. Footsteps and talking were heard all night and early morning. The staff was minimal at around 3:30pm when I checked in and after settling I and unpacking, I returned downstairs to leave and found that my ability to retrieve my vehicle was hindered because of poor intrusions by the front staff in directing me how to get back into the garage. On top of that, there was no staff at the front desk when I went down and had to wait a few minutes before returning to my room and calling the front desk, only to wait another 5-10ish minutes before someone picked up the phone. After that I returned downstairs and was guided to the office building across the street and around the corner to enter the garage via their entrance (not the hotel entrance). As for the room, it was as expected and similar to the photos, but I will say there were no expected amenities I find in most other hotels rooms like a coffee machine or complimentary water bottles. Those are pictured in the advertised photos but were missing during my stay. The shower was nice looking but to turn on the water you have the options of rotating the handle one way or another and turning it clockwise made the wall head, versus the top down shower head, spray right out the shower door and on the me and the bathroom floor. I had to quickly turn the handle counter clockwise to stop getting pre-drenched with cold water. I’ll say I didn’t end up taking a shower because the hot water was constant no matter what direction I turned the temperature knob. That was just another nail in the coffin for this place. Finally I have to say that the staff when I checked in, a young lady who seemed pretty underprepared and not very skilled in customer service told me about the parking garage being $40 which is a lot but not breaking the bank, but the idea that she could have possibly suggested finding parking onto street after I realized, after walking around a bit the next morning, was a very safe-to-park-a-car neighborhood. The idea of someone not taking the time to think about giving a client or customer options is just poor customer service and bad training on the management side. Someone hating at a hotel wants to feel welcome and comforted and not alone to fend for themselves.

The hotel does not have a pool or even an exercise room. Saying that this is a four-star hotel is a huge stretch. I had a huge hole in my sheets. The best thing about this hotel is the location and Hillary who works at the front desk. The front desk employees are required to check in and out guests, escort people to the parking lot and let them in across the street, also do waitstaff duties for the restaurant and bar, and do this all by themselves. It's is crazy, and hard to see someone who works and trys so hard. When I made a reservation from Priceline, I paid a $49 resort fee. When I checked in the hotel, I was told that I was supposed to pay an additional $89 a day for a resort fee. So, I recommend you to be careful. I showed proof and did not have to pay.

A lovely quiet setting within walking distance of everything you could want to access in Beverly Hills. They have private parking for a fee, but nothing comes free in Beverly Hills so just enjoy the 24 hours access to park at your convenience. The in house restaurant has great Indian fare at reasonable prices. It is fresh and delicious. I recommend the Chicken Curry with 2 sides of Naan. Now, let's get to the best part. The staff is fantastic. We came for 1 night but it inadvertently turned into 3. They were so gracious and accommodating. Thank You staff for your attention to detail and understanding. Hopefully we can see you again soon...

Under no circumstances stay in this hotel!!!!! Absolutely not sure how such facility could exist in Beverly Hills. What's more surprising is the 8+ rating of the property on Travelocity. We ran out of the place after the first night and canceled the rest of the stay. Lucky we were able to get the money back for the rest of the nights. The bed sheets had emm.... interesting stains, we asked for new set of sheets and the fresh set was only marginally cleaner, had some sort of machine oil on them. The room is so small you can barely open the suitcase. Water stains all over the wall from AC unit down to electrical outlet, needless to say we tried not to use that. Room hasnt been maintained and is all banged up. The entry door has such big gaps that the light from the hallway lights up entire room at night. There are no lids on the toilet seat, enjoy the bacteria in the air and your toothbrush. The wall to the bathroom is somewhat tinted glass, so if you enjoy seeing and hearing your partner on the toilet seat, its the place for you. The glass shelves are being held in place by twigs, literally someone took a branch from a tree and stuck some of it in the crevasses of the wall to make sure shelve doesnt fall out. bathroom mirrors are dirty and delaminating all over. The shower is dirty and full of limescale to the point that its impossible to take a shower, the water sprays wherever you want jut not on you. The couple of streams that do make it to you hurt like a needle sting because of the pressure. The photos on google are a complete lie. The hallways are full of dust and crumbs, mostly only visible if there is a light near by. Very dark and surreal hotel. Nearby parking lot or the hotels front door or something was squeaking repeatedly all night long so loud that it would wake you up. The bedsheets are made of glass, you either sweat profusely if you're covered or freeze if you don't use them. Contrary to the pretty pictures online, the bar is closed, no coffee machines in the room or water. Story is that its new management and they are working on restocking the bar and new coffee machines haven't arrived. However, now that i see some of google reviews and not Travelocity looks like 10 months ago people were saying same thing. The smell in the hotel may cause allergy reaction to some, be careful. Under no circumstances stay in...

Great location. Staff was pleasant. Room was ok, except for an AC unit dripping water...over an electrical outlet. I went down and asked for help with this. They didn't have anyone to attend to it, and I asked for something to cover the outlet. They gave me tape, which I used. ||They did offer to let me change rooms at that time, but I had already brought my things in, was exhausted from a 7 hour drive, and just wanted to lay down. I covered the outlet, and that was effective enough to prevent water from getting into the outlet for the night, so I felt that was fine - I was only staying one night.||I was then awoken 3+ times throughout the night but a very loud crackling sound. I realized the AC unit was now making this sound, and it would happen for about a minute at a time before stopping. It would start up again at intervals throughout the night. I of course didn't sleep well. I did get a recording of what it sounded like on my phone. ||I told the front desk what happened, played the recording, and asked if there was anything they could do. The person was new on staff and gave me the GM's card to follow up with him. I told them that I wasn't interested in leaving a crappy review, just that I wanted help with the situation. ||I left voicemails for the GM and sent an email on July 23rd. No response to either. I finally did speak with him on the phone. My emails had gone to spam. We discussed the situation, and he needed time to "review" and get back to me. He got back to me on September 2nd; that's how much time passed in this process of following up and trying to get a hold of this person. (This was all over a $300 price for that night, not a crazy amount of money to refund someone you'd think.) ||He responded by saying that he felt his staff had done everything they could and offering a 37% refund. ||The point is, where is the customer service? What happened to hospitality and making sure your guests have a great experience? I get that you're running a business, but seriously - things happen, and sometimes you just need to show up and make sure your customers are happy. Wish I could leave zero stars. Bummer. ||Oh, and I was charged an additional parking and cleaning fee upon arrival, even though when booking through Priceline, there should be "no additional fees" and it added about $67...
