From the first phone call with Mary Lou, I knew this office was different. She handled scheduling smoothly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She set the tone before I even walked through the door. The office itself is spotless, bright, and organized. Every surface clean. Every detail cared for.

Alex handled my x-rays. He explained every step of what he was doing and why. His communication was clear, his tone calm, and his approach gentle and reassuring. He worked efficiently but never rushed. He was patient, kind, and professional from start to finish.

Then came Daniel Stirbys, the dental hygienist and the reason I chose this office. He is exceptional. Gentle, patient, and deeply professional. Every motion was careful and precise. He explained what he was doing, checked in often, and made sure I was comfortable. His energy was calm and steady. He is the main reason I will come back to this office. It is rare to find someone who is both technically excellent and genuinely caring.

Dr. Salcedo continued the same standard of care. He was informative and professional, giving me the details I needed to hear without rushing or glossing over anything. He had my best interest in mind, making sure I understood every option. Michelle, another doctor who reviewed my case, added to that feeling of being seen as a person, not a number. Her presence showed real leadership and compassion. You can tell the culture of this office flows from her.

Iryne helped me with insurance and payments. She took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. She made what is usually the hardest part of dental care simple and transparent. She made sure I understood how to use my coverage in the best way possible.

Dr. Michele has been outstanding in keeping me fully informed about my dental health every step of the way. Her expertise and communication have given me complete confidence in my treatment plan. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and couldn't be happier with both the final results and the journey to get there. Anna provided incredible care and guidance throughout every stage of the process, making what could have been a stressful experience completely manageable and positive. Gil handles the majority of my cleanings, and I believe he's one of the best dental hygienists in the area. The level of detail in his work is remarkable, and his customer service skills are equally excellent. Every appointment leaves me feeling thoroughly cared for. The front office team deserves special recognition for their exceptional organization and flexibility. They consistently keep me informed of all appointments and have been wonderfully accommodating with last-minute changes when needed. Dr. Kevin Frawley and the staff at Beverly Hills Dentistry are an outstanding team and practice. Dr. Frawley is a patient, caring, and understanding doctor who takes the time to answer any questions you may have and does not rush you out of his practice. He goes over your dental history and concerns in detail and does not perform unnecessary dental work, something that has been a reoccurrence for me from previous dentist.

This practice is unlike any other because customer service typically isn't good at a dentist's office. It is almost like the staff have attended hospitality classes because of how great they are. They will go over in detail your insurance for you and will contact your provider to ensure they get the most accurate and estimated cost for any treatment you may have.

This practice is so great that even though Dr. Frawley is out of network for me, I will still be getting all my dental needs taken care of here. The practice also has headphones for you to listen to music and sunglasses for you to wear to block out the light that is put directly over you during treatment.
