Jaw Surgery!! Dr. Aynechi is the best oral & maxillofacial surgeon anyone can ask for. I found Dr. Aynechi from doing massive amounts of research. I never go to any doctor without doing a complete search and background check and making sure they are the best I can find.

My initial consultation with him convinced me that he was my surgeon. I needed the best surgeon to fix a massive overbite. I could never close my lips, my teeth would not come together, eating was hard and I did not look so good :(. I had been wanted jaw surgery my entire life, so I was determined to find the absolute best surgeon I could find. Dr. Aynechi was very clear and precise about everything he spoke about, one of the most eloquent doctors I've ever met (and trust me, I've spoken to many). He walked me through all the steps and stages, and made me feel comfortable. Before the surgery I needed to get my wisdom teeth out. I took them out with him and everything went perfectly well, I had minimal swelling and no down time.

I was certain that I picked a great surgeon. In fact, I referred some of my friends to him. Near my surgery I visited his office Several times for casting and modeling. He showed pictures of how I would look after the surgery and I was beyond happy.

Day of surgery: I was very nervous. I knew I was not going to be the same anymore. The surgery took long and my aftercare too, but it was expected.

Speed up to 1 year after surgery: I have a perfect bite, my lips close well, I can eat well and my face looks great. I cannot thank Dr. Aynechi enough! He's is the best of the best. If you are looking for an oral surgeon, look no further, Dr. Aynechi is stellar.

I knew going into this would not be easy, but I am a very happy camper. For all those looking for a great jaw surgeon save yourself the research (cause I did maybe two years of) and choose...

I was referred to this oral surgeon due to their closeness to the Kaiser sunset facility. It is actually 70 miles from my house. My daughter is special needs and needed her wisdom teeth out. Kaiser also needed to draw blood for genetic testing and wanted to send over their people to draw a specialized sample while my daughter was under anesthesia. I called and explained to the staff in order to make sure before making an appt that they would allow a Kaiser person to take the blood sample. I was assured that kiser. Oils draw the sample that and made the appt. After a 3 hour trip through traffic to get to the place, Dr Anechi told me it wasn't possible for anyone from Kaiser to take the blood sample, he also was concerned how we would sedate my daughter and told me he would research and get back to me. They couldn't even take X-rays. They took over 2 months to get back to me. By that time I had consulted with and completed the extraction somewhere closer and since Anechi was not prepared for severe special needs kids. Now, 18 months later, they want a $125 copay for the visit after they did NOTHING. They already have been paid by the insurance company. I called twice to talk with them and they refuse to drop the charge. I know that they lied to me in my original call when I was very clear why I was even calling them for the consultation. They are in the worst part of Beverly Hills and traffic moves so slow. They don't even validate parking. They may do whatever they do well for typical patients, but they misrepresented themselves to me concerning my special needs daughter, cost me a whole day of work, and additional grief during my 7 + hour round trip commute. If you don't have a straight forward surgery or live super close, I would go...

Dr. Aynechi and his staff were some of the most wonderful people I'd ever met. I had wisdom teeth removal, a SARPE, double jaw surgery, and a tongue tie removal. Absolutely zero regrets, I'd choose Aynechi and his staff again every single time.

The staff is incredibly welcoming from the second you walk into the office, they made a genuine effort to get to know me and it felt like seeing a group of friends whenever I went in for an appointment. Aynechi is a fantastic surgeon - he explained everything to my guardian and myself clearly and made sure both of us were kept in the loop on everything. Both him and his staff were quick to check on me after each procedure and gave me suggestions on managing recovery easier.

My final appointment was bittersweet; I'd been seeing them for years at that point and it was hard to walk out of there for the last time. I do think everyone in that office changed my life for the better! I had a major overbite (along with other issues in my jaw structure) that was causing me all sorts of problems for years and they fixed it. It's been a few years now since I had the major surgery (the double jaw surgery) and I've never been happier. Prior to the procedure, eating was a hassle, breathing was difficult, smiling was embarrassing, etc. - but all that's in the past now and I no longer need to worry about those things. I can enjoy meals (and actually bite properly!), breathe normally, and smile without worrying. I'll be forever grateful for Aynechi and his staff, I never miss an opportunity to tell people about them! I honestly cannot recommend this...
