They hate dogs in this hotel, most likely because the hotel caters to dog-haters for the Mid East. You cannot go to the garden or any grass area with your dog (see pics). However, when we booked our stay, the hotel manager misrepresented this and told us that “we are a dog friendly hotel” If you are into the experience of little Saudi Arabia, I mean burka-wearing wives walking 10 feet behind the husband and fear of dogs (illegal anti dog signs posted on public grounds around the hotel premises), this IS the place for you!

Lovely hotel staffs. Every single person is so friendly and accommodating. I recommend you book the Premium rooms as they have been renovated with new appliances, fixtures, bathrooms. Zero issues the past month I have been staying here. Was moved to a regular two bedroom and den yesterday and have had minor problems that you usually find in an older place. Apart from that, best location, A+ for cleanliness and very comfortable beds!

I loved there. The place was luxurious. I felt the attention and excellence. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lighting is beautiful. The hotel also offers a driver with a luxury car to connect to nearby areas. There is also a private cinema. Also the area around the hotel wonderful 👍🏻👍🏻

Warning: Thief present!!||||I'm writing this comment to ensure that future guests of this hotel remain cautious. I am aware that one comment will not affect the hotel's reputation and business significantly, but at least those who read this will take extra care of their personal belongings.||||I wish I didn't have to write such a comment, but things did not go as planned. My wife and I stayed at this hotel from June 15th to June 23rd. We originally planned to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, but we chose this hotel because my brother had made a reservation here for September. I wish we hadn't.||||For the first time in her life, my wife forgot her rings in a hotel room. Ironically, it happened on the cleaning day. (This hotel only has cleaning service once a week on Wednesdays.) We left the hotel in the morning. When we returned around 5:00 PM, we noticed the rings were not on top of the drawer where we left them. We reported the situation to both the hotel management and the police. Initially, the hotel management and staff did not seem very concerned (until we made a big deal out of it), mentioning that such a problem had never occurred before and that their staff had been with them for 6-7 years. Since the rings were not in the safe but on the drawer, we had no proof. The thief, who was the cleaner, took full advantage of this situation. That was why she dared to commit the theft. Afterwards, the hotel management calmly tried to talk us down, and the meeting ended. (I assume they thought we were making up this story to get a refund, but we are not the kind of people to blame others or lie. We don't need the money either.)||||The general manager said that without proof, they couldn't blame the employee, but they understood our situation. As a businessman, I understand this perspective and way of thinking. However, if I were in his position, I would definitely make a gesture to satisfy the customer, which he chose not to do. Maybe, as I mentioned above, he didn't want to believe us because the easiest and least stressful solution for the whole hotel was this, and the staff would keep their jobs. As a business owner who has dealt with numerous customer problems, I always stood by my customers, evaluated the situation with them, and made gestures. In my opinion, the hotel's approach was very inadequate. Problematic customers exist in every business, but we were not one of them. We tried to manage the process with calm and polite communication, not wanting to trouble anyone who was innocent. I also mentioned that we would have been sure not to encounter such a situation had we stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel.||||We estimate the total value of the rings to be about $20,000. Let the hotel management and staff continue to delude themselves. But one thing I am sure of as my own name: that cleaner is a thief! Everyone be careful and never leave your valuable personal belongings in an open place!||||Kind...

While the AKA was recommended to stay at for recovery from surgery and close to the doctor, it was anything but nice. We checked in on 4/19/21 and checked out on 4/26/21. The hotel knew this was a stay after a major surgery to get rest and stay close to dr. The location they had us in was so noisy you couldn’t rest or relax. Trash trucks coming from the alley across the street early in the mornings. Street cleaners at 6:00AM. Hearing glass breaking in the trash bins from restaurants. Major construction beginning early in the mornings. Everyday. Grocery store big rigs coming through the alley for deliveries. It was horrible. Walk to the opposite side of hotel and it’s so quiet you hear NONE of the street noise. No breaking up of the concrete sidewalks and street. Such a huge difference. We ended up leaving Thursday night, driving to the high desert where we live, just to get some peace and quiet and rest. Drove back Sunday night due to dr appt Monday morning. 3:00AM, you hear some homeless guy screaming/yelling a profanity laced tirade that made absolutely no sense whatsoever! When the noise concerns were brought up to front desk, no one cared and offered nothing. To spend $3,000.00 for this stay was not worth it at all. The dog barking across the way every time someone walked by was annoying as all the rest of the noises. But it only barked when owner was out of the room. But still. For this amount of money, it should have been more professional and held up to its high...
