From the moment we walked into the sci-fi themed modern office of Doctor Lempert we were greated with gentle kindness and loving patience. Kaye our assistant turned everything into a game coaxing my son to take a seat in the captain's chair and watch his favorite cartoons. My son was very nervous and frightened about the visit but she calmed him with words and patience. Doctor Lempert was able to take a quick peak which revealed two cavities. She explained that the next step was x-rays and then filling but felt it would be better to come back and do that in another visit as she sensed that my son's anxiety level was too great. Then to the toy box and interactive games in the waiting room for an overall positive first experience. The next visit was much better for him as Kaye asked him to sit down and choose his favorite aroma of mask (nitrous) either cherry, grape or strawberry. Of course this helped him to handle getting his teeth x-rays, as did their letting me sit with him. The Doctor then explained to me that she wanted to try and do the fillings without numbing him. I agreed and she did the fillings very quickly and used a technique she pioneered of using a temporary material which infuses the cavity with flouride. She explained it is temporary but would most likely last until his permanent teeth came in. It was over so quickly and easily. My son is great. He isn't afraid anymore. I can't recommend Dr Lempert, Kaye and the rest of the staff more. Thank you...

We used to go to. I would have to sit on the chair hold her down. Itâs screaming kicking hair pulling biting the whole nine it would be awful so I said this isnât the dentist for us and I started looking for another dentist. While searching I came across Beverly Hills Pediatric Dental care and the lady that I chatted with to set up the appointment. She was really nice explaining a lot of things to me and I said OK letâs give it a try And listen when I tell you it was night and day from previous dental visits it was night and day. I mean the assistant Chanel was amazing. Chanel was very Patient showed my daughter everything she was going to do, prepped her before doing anything to her mouth and just took her time allowed my daughter to make choices gave her the opportunity to help. Dr. Tran was amazing. She took her time and made sure my daughter was very comfortable. It was amazing because guess what she was able to do? Sit in the chair by herself. She was able to let them take pictures of her teeth. She was able to allow them to clean her teeth properly. I mean, it was amazing no crying at all Like Iâm in shock. This is my new favorite pediatric dentist! We are staying...

â ď¸ Zero integrity. Zero accountability. Zero honesty.
Weâve trusted BH Pediatric Dentistry with our kids for over 7 years. While the orthodontist herself is kind and professional, the business side has been a nightmare and feels completely dishonest.
I was told my child needed a $4,000 expander and that insurance would cover $2,000. I trusted them and went ahead with the treatment. Nearly a year later, I discovered my insurance never received a claim. After months of chasing both my insurance and the office, I learned BH Pediatric never submitted the required pre-authorization. When they finally backdated the claim, it was denied.
Their response? âItâs not our job to submit claims, only a courtesy. You signed paperwork, so itâs your problem.â That excuse cost me $2,000.
This is not how a trustworthy, family-focused practice should operate. They pushed treatment immediately, failed to handle the insurance properly, and then refused to take responsibility.
If you value honesty and integrity in your childâs care,...
