Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Beverly Hills

Staff was reluctant , rude , & clearly unintelligent. I ordered over my cell phone prior to visiting the stores location , and I had to wait at least ten minutes for the cashier's bumbling with the customer she was rudely cashing out. She misunderstood his intended order for one cheese , & pepperoni for two pizzas she had already charged. Then it takes her an additional seven to ten minutes to find my order then overcharged me as well. My grandtotal being $14.63 , & I gave her $20.70 , she gives me a blank stare opposed six dollars. I said how much was it??! She couldn't tell me by memory she had to look and still needed assistance to sort out the problem. I said I gave you a 20 dollar bill! Ok fast forward to my arrival at home to my hungry daughter and absolute disappointment due to an over cooked / underdone , doughy burnt disgusting mess called deep dish trash , & the bread sticks were doughy and tasted like card board. I will never again visit that store again and possibly never to visit any Little Caesars for that matter alone. I say it and I mean it Little Caesars...

This was our second Little Caesars in 3 days, 2 stores. Both on Valley Mills, Waco. By the time we got the pizza it was cold, fresh across the counter, cold. Ordered pan pizza got Classic, asked and was told it was Pan Pizza. Didn’t look anything like Pan Pizza we’ve had at other Little Caesars. Ordered Pizza Puffs, 4 orders - 3 cold. I know… who expects service and atmosphere at Little Caesar’s? Oh there was atmosphere! Hostile and very critical. Glad I had a watch I doubt you could get anyone to give you the time of day… once they have your money. Getting the pizza you ordered is one thing, with any civility might be asking too much at either of these locations. The atmosphere both stores made me feel the “rhythm” is… Order. Pay. Get out… with your order seemed optional… everyone behind the counter seemed to have zero Fx to give either way. Maybe I caught them on a bad day… it happens, seemed like they were just business as...

(Update (7/23/2025): It's been a couple of months, and I ordered online the extra most bestest and classic cheese pizzas with crazy bread. I asked for them to be covered in their garlic butter sauce. The service, timeliness, and taste was amazing: 5 stars ✨ THANKS FOR IMPROVING)

I've been here a few times for cheese pizza. The first couple of times was good, with the classic (4.6 stars), but the last time, at the window they gave me a buzzer, told me to pull around for a 15 minute wait, even though there was no line. I'm patient, so no problem. Plus, I will get hot pizza. NOPE, IT WAS COLD AND DISAPPOINTING. Maybe it was that I ordered thin crust (1 star) and 4 cheezy puffs (2 stars) this time, was it because the order was done online? Why was it cold, if you had me waiting?
