Edit: after months of being on my blacklist.. I decided to give them another try. I wish I could put an edit to say that they are doing better but they are not. I only ordered one thing and that was a chocolate-filled doughnut. Get to my car open the bag only to grab something that's felt wet and cold like it came out of the freezer. Tell me this isn't leftover from yesterday or some other day and it's just been in the freezer and not even properly thawed out before given to customers? Could they not have at least tried to defrost them? I'm NOT eating this!!

Went there yesterday before we hit the highway for our trip and ordered some donuts and a couple of milks. Both milks were spoiled. I took them to the counter and she exchanged them for 2 more and they were spoiled I almost threw up when I tasted the second milk. Then the girl at counter offered to give us only one of the larger milks to replace the 2 smaller spoiled ones and it tasted wierd also. Maybe it just didn't taste right after I had spoiled milk taste in my mouth already so I asked her very nicely if I could get a soda instead. By this point she had shifty attitude like she thought I was lying or something I even asked her to get a milk from the fridge and try it herself but she didn't she left those other milks in there for someone else to get.
