I was buying a washer and dryer set everything was going great I was making my payment on time till this last month middle of December my dryer was messing up the felt around dryer wall was cmg out so I called they told me I could put felt back in myself because they were to busy to come look at it I finally had someone come fix it and told me that if it happens again that I could pull it off and dryer would work fine. Well a week later the felt came off again so I called the manager ROSA told me that she had delivers and pickup to do and didn't know when they could come but would try to get someone out that Saturday nobody showed up nobody called till January when I didn't make a payment..so I called them January 13 cause I had been sick and I told her to come pick them up she gave me the run around again on when she was able to pick up could be Friday but also told me that if I had someone with a truck I could deliver them to her lol( not my job) do I asked her if I could take them out and set them under my carport so I can put my others in she said yes u can do that so now I'm just waiting for them to pick up...NEVER HAD AND ISSUE WITH BUDDYS TILL...

I went into Buddy's home furnishings to rent a computer. They assured me that it was a brand new computer. When I got it home, I could not even get into it. I had to go back and drop it off so they could run diagnostics on this brand new computer. They returned it saying that it had thirty something updated running at the same time which is bull. It still ran so freaking slow and they said it's because of the few files I had on it. I told them that a computer that couldn't hold files was worthless. Turns out autofil was bringing up another person's info telling me that it has been wiped too many times. Then the memory ran out and it said there was no more hard drive left when I took it back they said that I damaged it and refused to allow a return of the rental. Now they are threatening litigation on their defective equipment they swore was brand new. Do not do business with these people!...

I was in so much need of washer and dryer for two years going to laundromat and recently sold my car cause I couldn't afford the maintenance on it so now what to do😩 after struggling in trying find something affordable and honest I found Buddy's 🙌 They didn't have a washer but Dirk found me one so thanks to him my machines will be delivered by Monday and with a fair price and payments. Thank you so much Dirk for working with me and for your patience. Very nice people. I highly recommend more than 5 stars. God bless you all...
