The employee at this store made me have such a welcoming and great experience. Especially the employee named Frankie they made my experience pawning my electric guitar so easy, smooth and even fun. Everything was explained to me in a way I could really understand and the vibes truly were just great all around because of Frankie. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone who wants a positive customer experience you won’t be disappointed. This pawn shop is a joke. About 4 months ago I came and pawned some more expensive items and payed every extension fee never late and always on time. I finally get caught up enough to pull the items out and the first day I pay the amount and wait for 45 minutes to an hour for them to tell me to leave my name and number and they will call me when they locate my items so I come back the next day same lady the manager in fact and she tells me that she has not found it so I told her I was not leaving until I had my property and she threatened to call the cops on me for Loitering.. so I asked her for corporates number and she told me I could find it myself. Thank you so much Sonya!!!! Absolutely the best customer service and knowledgeable staff. The best prices on pretty much anything that you want. I saved 300.00 on an amplifier! I have read some of the other ratings on this pawnshop and they were negative but they also come from people that are trying to sell their stuff I understand no one likes to be ripped off but you have to remember it is a pawnshop and when you're in a bind and need quick cash they have it. So for all of you people that sit here and complain, if you want more money for your stuff put it on craigslist or eBay and wait three or four weeks for your money. Because in order for us to buy something less than retail then they have to give less than retail in order to make a dime...
