I've been going to Subway for over 20 years. The staff at this one were likely the worst I have ever encountered.
Two of the guys were wearing Air Pods. I had to repeat my order a few times because I don't think they could hear me over the sound of their music.
These guys were unshaven and not wearing any form of facial hair net. Isn't this a health code violation?
The guy making my wrap did not know how to roll it up. Another fellow was trying to instruct him, but both seemed disinterested in getting it even close to right. I rewrapped it at the counter, trying to show them how to do it.
When trying to pay, one of the guys with the Air Pods was mixing up my order with another order. Had I not intervened, both of us would have left with the wrong order.
Aside for the horrible customer service, it didn't look like they had changed out the lettuce tray in a few days. When I arrived, they were adding lettuce to a tray that had brown wilted lettuce stuck to the sides of the tray. ...

One got stuck on stupid looking outside the other just standing there, ignoring our presence until I had to ask if they had meatballs. When making my sandwich completely ignored the fact I ordered 2nd cheese. My husband ordered his with extra bacon again ignored. Basic customer service is completely lacking at this location. Then again, it is big spring, so I can't expect too much from people around here. Lettuce was turning brown, tomatoes about to turn bad, bread was stale. To top everything off, they ignored an online order, customer even called to confirm they received the order they acted clueless. Laughing saying "we didn't get any order online I didn't hear anything. Come on people we are trying to get out of here." It's 530pm y'all don't close until 8pm anyways. Don't not recommend...

Today is a crazy day at work and we were trying to place an online order the credit card system was not excepting either card (even though we just got paid) I called the store to trouble shot the problem and try and get my order in. While trying to explain the situation the employee ( who did not give me a name) cut me off from speaking told me to "calm down" which I was not talking rude or loud just explaining the situation. He then proceed to "explain" condescendingly how the call in system had a loop hole but I needed to plan ahead. Well I am calling at 1045 to get things ready for lunch at 1230 i think That is planing ahead. Needless to say I told him that i didn't feel like subway anymore and would take my business elsewhere.
