I would not even give them 1 star if there was an option for this! My friend is getting married and we stopped in the store to see what gowns they offer. We were greeted by a nice girl at the door who told us to have a seat and she would be with us soon. Next a very rude lady came over and acted like we had committed a crime by even stopping in to her store to even think about spending money with her and not calling first! I mean, who wouldn’t call before spending money first but then again we did try to call THREE times and no one bothered to answer the phone...but I digress. She brings a book over and tells the bride-to-be to pick out the dresses she would like to try on. After she has picked those out another one of our friends took the book up to her at the counter. The rude lady snapped at our friend and said I told you I would be back. When she finally came back and got the book it took OVER AN HOUR to get the gowns pulled that she wanted to try on. Mean while, three other girls came in without appointments and were being fitted for prom dresses. With the first wedding dress the bride-to-be tried on my friend knew it wasn’t “the dress” so she turned to walk back to the dressing room. The rude lady yells, “don’t drag it! My floors aren’t clean!”, this alone should tell you a lot about the place. I’m not sure why we endured anymore dresses but let me just say that she was only allowed to try on 5 of the 7 she had picked out and it only took 15 minutes to do it. Bottom line is don’t waste you time going to this place for a wedding dress...it’s a joke! This lady was the rudest, most hateful...

I honestly wouldnt even rate this place a 1 star. Most of the older women that work here are very rude. Of course there are acouple that were nice and genuine but the mean definitely outruled the nice. I bought my junior prom dress here for I think $320 (spent well over $400 though on their carry bag and AWFUL alterations). Before I bought my mermaid fitting dress, I had asked one of the ladys if theyd be able to alter it to make it bigger cause it was pretty tight and of course she was like "absolutely!" so i bought it and went to get it altered. Long story short, I went back and they told me that they would TRY to alter it. Every time I went back, there was a "complication". Went back literally 4 or 5 times. Litton’s Uptown is the perfect place to buy a dress! The prices are pretty low for the quality of the gowns. You honestly get more than what you paid for. I’ve just shopped here and they’ve found the perfect dress for me and made me feel amazing and honestly welcome in this place. The dresses are nowhere near overpriced, so I suggest you come here.
