Tracy’s Salon — Local services in Big Stone Gap

Well first of all it’s a great place the employees were really nice, the only thing is they took me straight back didn’t give me a price I said I wanted a shampoo and a haircut, I don’t have much hair due to 20 surgeries since 2017 it was like a 5 min job when she was done and I went to check out I asked her price she said 40.00 I said wow that was way too much for a 5 min haircut and a wash!! Once again very friendly but ask price before they take you back!!! I won’t ever go back...

My first visit to Tracy's Salon was today and I am very impressed. Macy was my stylist and she was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I really liked the fact that she asked questions and really listened to me and explained everything to me in detail. I find many sylists are just in a hurry to get you out the door! What's worse than a bad haircut??? having slow growing hair!!! Been there handful of times. Usually happy but not THIS TIME. My hair was at shoulders. Brought a pic of mid length shaggy blunt cut. Hairdresser said it would work. $50 later... I left looking like a French poodle!! I'm 70...not 7 yrs old!! Way too short and my hair grows slow. I'm wearing hats for the summer. Thanks for making me feel worse...
