Very frustrating and disappointing place to deal with last two times i placed an order for delivery was told would be delivered shortly after 4pm and then wasn't delivered til the next day! This time they just are not delivering during the weekend it's always one thing or another. I suggest spending your money somewhere else!
In response to you you just stated you deliver on weekends only and it's the weekend and then a few lines later you state that it is weekdays only weird! I also just called back to the store to place an order and pay for it and have a friend pick it up and Jake stated that you do not allow pick up orders to be placed solocally owned or not the service from the business has not been as advertised and you completely contradicted yourself in your response! Very kind of you to have gone back in and changed your response from weekends only to weekdays only wouldn't want the public to see your mistakes!

Read moreUsually I give a BS 5 star review for a store discount. But Megan and (I’m sorry bro I can’t remember your name) saved this company’s reputation to me. I live in the heights and that location is trash. I can NEVER find what I’m looking for, the hours are listed incorrectly on google, and the staff isn’t very knowledgeable and seem lazy. But I went to the Broadwater location one day simply because I was close and needed a vape, and I was so frustrated with some other recent purchases from various places. The general manager helped me get nicotine and Megan helped us find an amazing new e-rig when I had completely given up on them. And she made sure I would be happy with the device before I even bought it, and yet also didn’t risk any store inventory to do it. I’ve never had that level of service at a smoke shop before. And I think she should get more credit for her problem solving skills. And I hate that I can’t remember the guys name that covered my vape, I tried to repay him but he wasn’t working when we went back. For now, I can at least say they pulled a customer away from Discontent and that’s a damn...
