Drinks are a lil spendy, but not too bad.. there is no food, so bring food, smoking is outside the front entrance, no fire pit, plenty of room, pool tables, darts, attached casino. 0.50 to play pool and a change machine by the door, very tolerant of bad behavior.. but also some pretty bad customer service, my last trip the lady was a grouch I really didn't feel like the tip was deserved but I'm also an over achiever so I still put a $20 on it.. a fair tip would've been nothing.. my heart loves even if you cannot see it..If I could say one thing to the owner, it's that food is imperative. I see this sign behind y’all saying that you’ll charge unclosed tabs 20%. So tell me, what on earth makes, “Taya” I think it is, think it’s okay to charge my card whatever tip amount she chooses when I am standing there closing my own tab? This bill is ridiculously overcharged to begin with and then charges my card WITHOUT PERMISSION the highest percent tip you thought you desverved? I have the receipt right here with the amount I signed to tip. I also have the transaction with the tip that you chose that hit my card before I even gave that receipt back. My friends like to go there. I was wasting time in the casino one night, got a call from a friend and had to bounce. I had a ticket for 9 bucks, and no casino attendant in sight. Waited around for five minutes and couldn’t find one, so I took my ticket and left.

Returned 3 days later to cash it, they refused to honour it. Now I realize this is my fault, the ticket says void after 48 hours. But I’d have cashed it at the time if they were properly staffed! It’s 9 dollars so it’s not the end of the world, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ll waste my money at one of the other hundred casinos in town...
