I have never seen a meat shop have so many sausage selections! If you like something spicy, definitely try the voodoo! My ultimate favorite is the Swiss and mushroom and the Philly cheese steak! Oh my goodness! Also, a fun one is the chili cheese! Yum! Every cut of meat I've gotten has been a great piece to BBQ! I smoked the beef baby back ribs and dammmmmn good!!! All I'm saying is that anything you get from this shop is absolutely delicious! Ohhh, one more thing - the peperjack cheese is addicting. I've tried the salami with cheese and also very good! They never fail to give me a hell of a deal on meat products. My husband absolutely loves the meat from here. Last time we cooked with it he told me we would never again be biying ground chuck or ground beef from the store it was so great! Therfore i will never again buy store bought meat! I absolutely adore their voodoo sausages and I will not hesitate to shout out a good word for these guys.
